Health Tips
- Give your child Cod Liver Oil daily. It is good for their hair, skin, nails heart and most important their brain function and all round good health. It helps them learn better.
- If your child does not have a good appetite or is not getting a balanced diet then give your child a multi-vitamin supplement daily.
- Encourage your child to eat fruits and vegetables daily. Fruits are great as snacks.
- Don't encourage your child to over eat. Obese (fat) children grow into obese adults with low self esteem about their appearance and health problems such as high blood pressure , diabetes and heart disease.
- Discourage kids from eating too much sugary sweets, candy, soda or soft drinks. This may lead to rotten teeth or even diabetes.
- Give them lots of water to drink. This re-hydrates the body and flushes toxins out.
- Exercise daily. This can be achieved through out door play.
- Get adequate sleep. At least 8 hours is ideal for kids. Put them to bed no later than 9pm.
- Teach kids to always wash their hands with soap before eating. This will prevent them from getting a lot of diseases.
- You are your kids role model, so set a good example by eating healthy meals and exercising.
